Nutrition is a major part of this 6 month challenge and this first month will focus on foods to avoid or begin to cut out of your diet, and which foods are better choices.
Foods to avoid:
1. Any form of sugars
* Examples: maple syrup, Stevia, other artificial sweeteners and syrups.
2. Flour products
* Examples include: Bagels, breads, rolls, pastas
* Processed foods (trans fats, high fructose corn syrup)
* Ex: Frozen, pre-made meals.
3. Gluten and dairy
*After the first month, reintroduce dairy and gluten into your diet. Monitor to see how it affects your blood sugar and weight.
