Both Keating and Rydingsward agree that the trend in holistic and natural treatments indicates people are taking better care of themselves and are more conscious of what they put into their bodies.  "People are taking more of an interest in themselves versus just going to a doctor and doing what they say without thinking about it,"  Keating said.  "They need to be more involved in why they're doing things."
